I’m an authenticity seeker, courage and confidence accelerator, who loves nature, mindfulness, and authentic intuitive connection.
For years I had SO many limiting beliefs that people wouldn’t accept me for being ME.
That stopped me from being fully expressed.
That stopped me from being 100% myself.
It affected deeply how I was showing up with my business & life.
Out of fear of being judged, criticized or rejected for being too ‘woo woo’ I kept hiding my true passion for energy & healing work behind the ‘evidence-based’ nutritional work for years.
And guess what? I believed her opinion more than I believed myself.
But my body didn’t…

I got into even more debt, trying to find THE next best program, strategy or a coach to help me ‘finally make it’.
And the more I kept dismissing my true calling, the sicker my body was getting, the more I was miscommunicating my message, and less money was coming into the business.
Because I wasn’t true to myself first and foremost.
One day after my 20th ‘NO’ in a row from a client during a Discovery Call, and a full-blown & out of control eczema on my abdomen I reached a breaking point and decided to call it quits.
I realised that my body was calling me back in to the truth I needed to share.
I was literally forced to release my fears & doubts, follow my gut (remember where the eczema appeared) and teach my body that it was now safe to give my spiritual coaching business a full go.
I soon fired the coach, stroke a courage to share my message openly, and within a month I received my first £19k from a beta-launch with ease, with women telling me this was exactly what they’ve been looking for!
Coaching industry was beginning to boom, everybody was creating ‘high-ticket’ offers left-right-and-centre, launching like maniacs, but behind the scenes I was witnessing hundreds of women struggling with some serious Imposter Syndrome.
Fear of failure, fear of rejection, fear of being attacked online, and even fear of success was stopping some of the greatest ideas I’ve ever heard from being shared freely & authentically.
A fire was ignited inside of me.
I was determined to help these women rewrite their ‘visibility story’, and finally FEEL SAFE seeing their fullness, and to express their expertise with courage, confidence & conviction.
And by the end of 2021 I had reached my first £100K revenue in business.
And it’s not just me.
The women inside my programs are achieving remarkable results as well.
